Cost to complete

The cost data presented are essentially planning data that can change significantly as additional information is gathered or work is performed on a property or project. Historical data have been included for older properties and projects from a previous Corps FUDS database. For these properties and projects, costs have not always been updated or even entered. In other cases, average costs, such as costs for the preliminary investigation phase, have been used by Corps districts as representative of all properties and projects in that district.

If no cost to complete is shown or the amount shown is zero, then the cleanup is complete or the cost to complete has not been estimated yet.
