This survey contains questions to obtain your views about various issues related to
conducting risk assessments. The phrase "preparation of risk assessments" includes work on any or all of the following components: - hazard identification, - dose response assessment, - exposure assessment, and - risk characterization. Your "office" refers to your primary place of work, such as, Office of Water, ORD, etc. Training includes internal and external training, workshops, conferences, and colloquia. All questions on this survey relate to preparation of human health risk assessments only. Unless otherwise indicated, all questions on this survey relate to your past 5 years of work at EPA. If you have worked at EPA for less than 5 years, please consider only those years you have worked at EPA. |
