File 3: Matching Orders: Duty rates on orders against China or another nonmarket economy for which at least one market economy country was also subject to an order on a similar product.

Data Dictionary

Note: Datafile provides duty rates on each order against China for which at least one market economy country was also subject to an order on a similar product. The file includes the duty rates imposed against each Chinese company and every market economy company, as well as the "all others" and "countrywide" rates. The file also includes cases in which there were orders against (1) China and another nonmarket economy and (2) another non-China nonmarket economy and at least one market economy. The file excludes (1) cases in which all the orders were against just market economies and (2) cases in which there was only one order against just China (or just another single nonmarket economy) but no other country.
