Grace shipping invoices, 2 tons of vermiculite ore from the Libby mine were shipped to this site in September 1982. At the time of EPA's site visit, Dynamic Air, Inc. operated at the site and manufactured air conveyance and distribution systems for industrial use. Company officials interviewed by EPA said, to their knowledge, Dynamic Air had never used vermiculite. The officials said the company may have received a small sample of Libby vermiculite in the past for display or design purposes. On the basis of this information, EPA determined no further action was needed. |
