Enforcement

 
The purpose of these questions is to determine whether the state has taken any actions to enforce rules for wireless phone service. For purposes of this section, an enforcement action includes any action taken by the state utility commission or its staff, before any state or federal administrative or judicial body seeking legal or equitable relief, or seeking administrative remedies (e.g., civil penalties, fines, cease-and-desist or show-cause orders, customer redress) relating to wireless phone service.
