Tribal Access to the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and the National Sex offender Registry (NSOR)

32.	To implement SORNA, jurisdictions need to submit information on sex offenders to the National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR), which is a subfile of the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). NSOR, unlike the national sex offender public website, is generally available only to law enforcement agencies and is maintained by the FBI.
