  • The racial categories in the Department of Education IPEDS data are not identical to those in the military departments' ROTC demographic data. - Our ROTC enrollment count includes all students who participated in ROTC in every academic year between 2011 and 2021. Each enrollee is counted only once when they enter ROTC.
