Short Description	Provides funding through the Federal Home Loan Banks in the form of advances with a discounted interest rate to members involved in lending for community and economic development. The funds are available to finance home purchases by families whose income does not exceed moderate-income levels, for purchase or rehabilitation of housing for occupancy by families whose income does not exceed moderate-income levels, or for commercial and economic development activities that benefit low- and moderate-income families or neighborhoods.
