Short Description Provides grants or loans for energy retrofit and green investments in assisted housing, to ensure the maintenance and preservation of the property, the continued operation and maintenance of energy efficiency technologies, and the timely expenditure of funds. Eligibility is limited to owners of properties receiving Section 202, Section 811, or Section 8 project-based assistance.

Fiscal Year 2010 Obligations $235,000,000; grants under this program were $167 million and the expected credit subsidy costs for loans originated in fiscal year 2010 were $68 million.
