Short Description Allows recipients of Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers to use their monthly subsidies to make payments on a mortgage. Assistance is available for 10 to 15 years, depending on the terms of the first mortgage. Program participants must be first-time homebuyers, have full-time employment, and make a minimum income.
