| Short Description |
Provides states and localities with grants to meet the housing and supportive services needs of low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS. States and qualifying cities are eligible for entitlement grants. States, local governments and nonprofit organizations can compete for grant funds to advance the National HIV/AIDS Strategy by devising long-term comprehensive strategies for meeting the housing needs of low-income persons and their families living with AIDS. |
